Six Years to Professional Job -- Worth It?

Zardasht Gaf, pictured with his fiancee, Cynthia Leung, arrived in Canada from Kurdistan, Iraq, in 2003, seeking refuge from Saddam Hussein's tyranny.

This Kurdish doctor volunteers at a hospital and flips his dictionaries and pizza on the way to becoming a Canadian doctor. Check out his story here:

  1. That is a encouraging story!I love to see and listent to this story which can give me courage and confidence to continue to stay in Canada.Six years is long, but it is worthwhile.

  2. The Iraqi physicien is a good example for the new comers like us. He's a perfect example of the determination and persistence. I hope all of us will be strong and successful like him.
