Another exciting field trip ("drip" is also fine this time as it's completely indoors!) awaits tomorrow, Tuesday, as we head back downtown for a tour of Toronto's PATH underground city and attend a concert at the Roy Thomson Hall.
We are meeting together and leaving the Southbound Platform of Sheppard-Yonge Subway Station at 9:45 a.m. Please bring walking shoes and any refreshments you may need.
Study the PATH map in advance so that you won't get lost there.
At the Roy Thomson Hall, at the St. Andrew Subway Station, we will attend a free organ concert featuring the following:
Solo recital features the great organ works by J.S. Bach and other mastersThanks to the Internet, someone's helpfully blogged the program even!

He was also voted the audience favourite to win the Richard Bradshaw Audience prize. The Roy Thomson Hall date is part of Champion's 2009 North American fall tour. A native of Lyon, France, Champion has won many top awards including First Prize at the Minoru Yoshida Tokyo Competition and First Prize and the Bach Prize at the Interational Gottfried Silbermann Competition in Leipzig.
